Massachusetts emergency room physician Dr. Alister Martin tells Ayman Mohyeldin about the organization he created, VotER, which allows patients who come into hospitals to register to vote. Dr. Martin says COVID has made voting a “public health issue,” which led him to the creation of the campaign.
