Dance studio Dance Place is scheduled to host an “Arts Park at N.E. DC 8th St.” on March 31. The alley will have artistic surfacing, lighting, community gardens, and public art commissions. The space is anticipated to become avenue for cultural programming that includes performances,visual arts, horticulture, creative play and more.
